Your private feedback requests

Reports and investigation requests are private. Genuine reviews complying with the content rules remain published. Confirmed spam, abuse and private-information violations are moderated free. Participants may request an RM100/MYR investigation of impersonation, fabricated reviews or attachment to the wrong person/profile. Admin acceptance issues bank instructions; independently confirmed actual receipt starts investigation while the review, rating and replies remain public. A separate human finding removes the whole thread only if those grounds are established, or closes keeping a genuine review or one with insufficient evidence. The fee is non-refundable even with insufficient evidence, except where required by law. Historical removal cases retain their original terms and are read only pending operator review.

Review investigation and payment

Select a private case above. RM100/MYR pays for a human investigation of one original review after admin acceptance and actual bank receipt; payment does not guarantee removal. The review, rating and replies remain public during investigation. Quotations, invoices and legally required refunds are handled manually by the MyHomSync operator.
